KIEV, Feb. 17 - The Cabinet of Ministers has proposed increasing the borrowing plan in 2015 by 35.3% in hryvnia terms to UAH 397.42 billion, in particular external borrowing - by 58.4%, to UAH 286.74 billion.

The corresponding figures were listed in the government’s draft amendments to the 2015 national budget (No. 2147), posted on the parliamentary website.
