KIEV, Feb. 9 – The Presidential Administration has noted that Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky and Kirovohrad regions show the best results from mobilization, while Kharkiv, Sumy, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk regions had the worst results.

"It's worth noting that best results are shown by Vinnytsia region, which has met the mobilization's requirements for human and transport resources, [as the region] have 100% realized the tasks at hand for today. Khmelnytsky [region] is 90% [done], Kirovohrad [region] – 80% [done]," Deputy head of the Main Department on National Security and Defense of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Oleksiy Pokotylo said at a briefing in Kiev.
