KIEV, Feb. 10 – The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has said it is "cautiously optimistic" about an upcoming Normandy format summit, which is expected to take place in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, on February 11.

"We are approaching the negotiations in Minsk with cautious optimism. But we also need to prepare for the worse-case scenario," Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis told the Channel 5 television station on Monday evening.
