German foreign envoy sees ceasefire hope
KIEV, Sept. 13 - German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said on Tuesday he saw hope for a lasting ceasefire in eastern Ukraine, while Kiev announced the deaths of three soldiers killed fighting separatist rebels in the past 24 hours, Reuters reported.

Ukraine to win visa-free travel from EU in October: Poroshenko
KIEV, Sept. 13 – President Petro Poroshenko says he expects the European Union will decide on visa-free travel for Ukraine in October.
"We'll have a visa-free regime in a few weeks, I hope, in October," he said an official ribbon-cutting ceremony of a kindergarten in the village of Slobozhanske in Dnipropetrovsk region. |
