Kiev reports three killed in rebel attack

KIEV, Jan. 29 - Three Ukrainian servicemen were killed when pro-Russian rebels attacked government positions in Avdiyivka on Sunday, cutting off power supplies to the eastern frontline town, Ukrainian officials said, Reuters reported.

EU to increase its humanitarian aid to Ukraine by €15 million

Naftogaz suing Russia's Gazprom in Stockholm's Arbitration Institute

MOSCOW, Jan. 29 – Ukraine's national oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrayiny filed a claim against Gazprom with the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce on October 13, 2014, concerning the retroactive review of a transit contract for 2009-2019, Gazprom said.
