KYIV, Jan 29 - The Ministry of Health signed a memorandum with the American Society for Clinical Pathology, which stipulates the provision of support to Ukrainian specialists in laboratory diagnostics, the press service of the ministry has reported.

KIEV, Jan. 27 – The VoxUkraine independent analytical platform has conducted a study under the index for monitoring of reforms (iMoRe) project concerning reforms conducted by Ukrainian ministries.

"The general situation is how reforms were conducted in the past two years. If briefly, the reform pace is slowing, at least, in amendments to legislation," reads the study presented at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.

KIEV, Jan. 27 – If Russia sends another so-called "humanitarian convoy" to Donbas without first agreeing this with Ukraine and the International Committee of the Red Cross, the crossing of the convoy into Ukraine will be considered by Kiev as an act of aggression, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.

Naftogaz suing Russia's Gazprom in Stockholm's Arbitration Institute

MOSCOW, Jan. 29 – Ukraine's national oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrayiny filed a claim against Gazprom with the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce on October 13, 2014, concerning the retroactive review of a transit contract for 2009-2019, Gazprom said.
