Biden, Putin make little progress at summit
GENEVA, June 16 – U.S. President Joe Biden and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin said they found some common ground on minor issues at their first face-to-face summit while major differences that have brought bilateral ties to one of their lowest points since the Cold War remain.

Almost half Ukrainians plan to get vaccinated against COVID-19, poll shows
KYIV, June 15 – Almost every second Ukrainian plans to be vaccinated against coronavirus, while 19% of citizens intend to do this in the near future, the same number plan to be vaccinated later, another 10% will be vaccinated only when they have to do it for formal reasons, according to the results of the survey entitled "Attitude of Ukrainian citizens to vaccination against COVID-19," held by the Razumkov Center from May 21 to May 26.

Minister introduces Ukraine’s new Navy Commander, policy changes
KYIV, June 15 – Defense Minister Andriy Taran has introduced recently appointed commander of the Ukrainian Navy Oleksiy Neizhpapa and unveiled three components of a program to enhance the Navy's combat capability in line with NATO standards, the press service for the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said on Monday.

PM meets with German officials to discuss reform, visa liberalization
KIEV, June 10 - Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroysman has met with the state secretaries of German federal ministries to discuss deeper cooperation between the countries, the process of reform implementation in Ukraine, and visa liberalization prospects, the Cabinet of Ministers said.
