Ukraine death toll over 4,700, more than 10,000 wounded, UN reports
KIEV, Dec. 15 - At least 4,707 people have been killed in eastern Ukraine since the middle of April, the United Nations said.
According to the latest estimates of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the World Health Organization, at least 4,707 people were killed and 10,322 were wounded in the conflict-ridden areas of eastern Ukraine from the middle of April through December 12, says the eighth report of the UN human rights monitoring mission posted on Monday. |
PM to Russia: Don't put nukes in Crimea
