Ukraine reports budget deficit for February following January surplus

KIEV, March 29 – Ukraine's budget deficit in February was UAH 4.85 billion. The general fund stood at UAH 5.35 billion, while the surplus in January was equal to UAH 2.45 billion, and the general fund at UAH 1.7 billion.


Parliament approves dismissal of Ukrainian Prosecutor General

KIEV, March 29 – Parliament has agreed with President Petro Poroshenko's motion to dismiss Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin.

A total of 289 MPs voted for the measure on Tuesday in parliament.
