EBRD: Ukraine must submit Naftogaz unbundling bill to Parliament by July

KYIV, May 25 - The coordination council for the reform of the fuel and energy complex under the Cabinet of Ministers should on May 29 decide on the plan of Naftogaz Ukrainy unbundling and submit it to the Verkhovna Rada by July this year, Vice President of the European Commission Maros Sefcovic said.
