KIEV. Dec 15 – Pechersky District Court in Kiev at a closed court hearing on Wednesday upheld the prosecutor's request for permission to detain former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, Ukraine's Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko said.
