Biden may lift Nord Stream 2 sanctions

Zelenskiy orders Ukraine to increase defense spending to 5% of GDP in 2021
KYIV, May 19 – President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree that enacts the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), obliging the government to include in the Budget Declaration for 2022-2024 expenditures for ensuring national security and defense of the country for at least 5% of the planned GDP.
