UNDP to scale up restore Ukraine’s energy, housing, social infrastructure
KYIV, June 20 – Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Achim Steiner, concluded a three-day mission to Ukraine where he committed to scaling up the organization’s support to the country’s recovery including key areas like restoring critical energy, housing and social infrastructure, demining, and supporting the millions of men and women whose small and medium scale enterprises make up the backbone of Ukraine’s economy, the UNDP press service said.

Ukraine may create Community Restoration Fund to focus on local projects
KYIV, June 20 – Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov and UN System Coordinator in Ukraine Denise Brown on the eve of the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2023, London, June 21 and 22) discussed the implementation of a joint approach to the reconstruction of Ukraine at the community level, which provides for the creation Community Restoration Fund, the press service of the Ministry of Restoration said.
