Kiev court ruling bars government payments on Russian $3 billion loan

KIEV, June 16 – The decision of Kiev's Holosiyivsky district court to arrest $3 billion of the to the Russian Federation loan taken in December 2013 when Viktor Yanukovych was president and to prohibit public agencies from making any payments under the loan has come into force, Batkivschyna MP Andriy Senchenko said.
