Putin adds martial law in Ukraine regions
KYIV, Oct 19 - Russian President Vladimir Putin doubled down Wednesday on his faltering invasion of Ukraine with a declaration of martial law in four illegally annexed regions and preparations within Russia for draconian new restrictions and crackdowns.

EU may temporarily restrict entry by Ukrainians due to COVID-19 resurgence
KYIV, Oct 19 – Some countries of the European Union may temporarily restrict entry for citizens of Ukraine due to the increase in the incidence of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the exclusion of our country from the so-called "green zone," but at the moment such a decision has not yet been made, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleh Nikolenko has said.

Canada to build space port for launches of Ukraine’s Cyclone-4M rocket
KYIV, Oct 19 – Ukraine and Canada have resolved all bureaucratic issues, and at the end of 2021, the construction of a spaceport for launching spacecraft by the Ukrainian Cyclone-4M launch vehicle will begin in New Scotia, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of Strategic Industry Oleh Urusky said.

Ukraine OKs legislation to strengthen NABU
KYIV, Oct 20 - Ukraine's parliament on Tuesday passed legislation to strengthen the independence of the Western-backed national anti-corruption bureau (NABU), a requirement for Kyiv to secure more loans from the International Monetary Fund under a $5 billion loan deal, Reuters reported.
