International court to rule Feb. 3 on Ukraine-Romania dispute

KIEV, Jan. 19 – The United Nation's International Court of Justice will announce its ruling on the delimitation of the continental shelf between Romania and Ukraine and their exclusive economic zones in the Black Sea on Feb. 3, said Vasyl Kyrylych, spokesman for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
