Ukrainians’ economic conditions improve in January from December: poll
KYIV, Feb 21 – In January of this year, citizens of Ukraine improved their assessment of both the economic situation in the country and the level of well-being of their own family: while in December last year, 66.5% and 37%, respectively, assessed them as "very bad" or "quite bad," then last month these indicators improved by 57.1% and 32%, according to the report based on the results of a survey conducted by the sociological service of the Razumkov Center.

Ukrainians' psychological state improves from early days of war: poll
KYIV, Feb 21 – Ukrainians' assessment of their own psychological state indicates a significant improvement in their psychological state compared to the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, according to a report based on the results of a survey conducted by the sociological service of the Razumkov Center.

IMF may help Ukraine reduce 2023 budget deficit: Finance Minister
KYIV, Feb 21 – The need for additional external financing to cover the budget deficit of Ukraine in 2023 is currently $10 billion, the opening of a full-fledged long-term program with the support of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will help reduce this deficit, maintain macroeconomic and financial stability, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko has said at a meeting with IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva in Kyiv on Monday.

ISW: Russia plans to accuse Ukraine of shelling radiation-hazardous place
KYIV, Feb 21 – Russian occupation troops continue militarization of the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) in the occupied town of Enerhodar of Zaporizhia region and intend to accuse the Ukrainian side of attacks on radiation-hazardous facilities, according to a report of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) for February 20.

Putin suspends START nuclear treaty
KYIV, Feb 21 - Russian President Vladimir Putin suspended Moscow’s participation in the last remaining nuclear arms control pact with the United States, announcing the move Tuesday in a bitter speech in which he made clear he would not change his strategy in the war in Ukraine.
