Russia issues another retaliation threat against EU trade deal

MOSCOW, Sept. 29 - Russia issued a new warning on Monday that it would retaliate if the European Union or Ukraine push ahead with moves to implement a free-trade agreement, Reuters reported.


Peace advancing because winter is coming, Dnipropetrovsk governor says

DNIPROPETROVSK, Sept. 29 – Dnipropetrovsk Governor Ihor Kolomoisky said he thinks that the peace process in the Donbas started because a cold winter is coming.

Gas problems coming, Czech official says
