Full-scale lending may resume in Ukraine, NBU governor says
KIEV, Sept. 29 - Full-scale lending may resume in Ukraine over the next few years, National Bank of Ukraine Governor Valeriya Gontareva predicts.
"Lending will fully resume only in the next few years. Loans to individuals could be a major driver," she said during the Ukrainian Financial Forum, organized by ICU in Odessa on Thursday. |
Official: We're ready to pump Russian gas once deal is signed
KIEV, Sept. 28 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny has received all necessary documents from Gazprom and is ready to begin prepayment and pumping Russian gas as soon as the trilateral protocol on Russian gas supplies between Ukraine, Russia and the EU is signed, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn said. |
