Government denies reports that flights over Crimea will resume

Belarus stops Russian heavy trucks from crossing Ukraine border

KIEV, Feb. 18 - The State Border Committee of Belarus said, citing Ukrainian border guards, that heavy motor trucks with Russian registration plates will not be allowed into the Ukrainian territory starting from 12:00 midnight on February 18, in compliance with an act adopted by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers.


French and German diplomats head to Kiev
