Artemenko says he gave his plan in January to Trump's personal lawyer

KIEV, Feb. 23 - In a CNN interview, Ukrainian lawmaker Andrei Artemenko said he discussed his proposal for peace in Ukraine in January with US President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, who offered to deliver the plan to the Trump administration.


NBU mitigates some trading restrictions

NSDC asks government and SBU to limit Russian telecommunications use

KIEV, Feb. 23 – Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council has asked the Cabinet of Ministers to jointly with Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) prepare and submit to parliament a draft law on measures to limit usage of Russian telecommunications equipment at critical infrastructure facilities. The draft law should be submitted to parliament within three months time.


World Bank considering $1.5 billion trust fund for Donbas restoration
