Kiev to return to Kyoto quota talks with officials in Brussels

BRUSSELS, July 20 – Kiev is to return to talks with Brussels on the establishment of a special fund in which Ukraine able to sell Kyoto quotas and use the money raised for environmental projects aimed at reducing carbon dioxide emissions and making the economy more environmentally friendly.
