BRUSSELS, Nov. 22 – Ukraine and the European Union are looking forward to the conclusion of negotiations on the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement as soon as possible, according a joint press statement issued at the conclusion of the Ukraine-EU Summit, which took place in Brussels on Monday.

"I believe it was a successful summit. We achieved concrete results," Barroso said at a joint press conference with Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovych in Brussels on Monday.

KIEV, Nov. 23 – The National Bank of Ukraine approved changes to its monetary policy that in the short term may lead to even faster depreciation of the hryvnia against the U.S. dollar.
