President signs law ensuring rights for internally displaced persons

KIEV, Nov. 20 – President Petro Poroshenko has signed a law ensuring the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons, which was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on October 20 (bill No. 4490a-1).
