US court postpones Tymoshenko lawsuit consideration until September
KIEV, July 22 – The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York has postponed its consideration of a lawsuit filed by former Ukrainian Prime Minister and Batkivschyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko against Swiss-registered gas trader RosUkrEnergo (RUE) and its co-owner Dmytro Firtash until September 9, Radio Liberty reported on Friday, referring to the office of Judge Richard Sullivan. |

Ukraine plans to complete coal industry privatization by end-2014
KIEV, July 23 – Ukraine plans to complete privatization of coalmines attractive for investment by late 2014, according to a statement by the Coal Ministry.
According to the Coal Ministry, a transfer of coalmines to the management of the State Property Fund (SPF) for their corporatization is to be completed by the middle of 2012. |
