IMF says it's still ironing out issues with Ukraine authorities

KIEV, Feb. 23 - The International Monetary Fund is still working with Ukrainian authorities to get agreement on a memorandum of cooperation, IMF spokesman Gerry Rice said.

"It is not unusual in programs, sometimes it takes a little bit of time to address the issues and the board dates are sometimes adjusted accordingly. It is really not unusual," he said during a regular press briefing in Washington.
