Kiev to resume Interstate Commission talks once government is formed

KIEV, Feb. 26 - Ukraine will be ready to resume a full-fledged bilateral dialogue in the Ukrainian-Russian Interstate Commission's institutions as soon as the new Ukrainian government is formed, the Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.
