OPORA NGO registers 1,118 election law violations from Sunday's votes

KIEV, Oct. 26 – OPORA NGO had registered 1,118 violations of election laws in Ukraine by 04:00 Kiev time on Monday, October 26, and the violation of pre-election campaigning rules is the most frequent one, OPORA coordinator Olha Aivazovska said.


Turnout in Oct. 25 local elections came to 46.6%, CEC reports

Most Ukrainians ready to vote for NATO membership, poll shows

KIEV, Oct. 24 – The majority of Ukrainians (53.4%) would have vote to join NATO if such a referendum were had taken place on Sunday. A total of 33.6% would have voted against it, 5.6% - wouldn't have come to the referendum at all, and 7.4% either hadn't decided yet or refused to answer, according to a poll by the Gorshenin Institute.
