Ukraine wants Black Sea grain deal back, but also eyes alternative routes
KYIV, Aug 29 – Ukraine is interested in resuming the functioning of the Black Sea Grain Initiative, from which the Russian Federation withdrew on July 17, but intends to strengthen and develop an alternative sea route for grain exports, along which two ships have already left Ukrainian ports, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.

Drone strike hits transport planes in Russia
KYIV, Aug 29 - A drone attack on an airport in the north-western Russian city of Pskov has damaged at least two military transport planes, BBC reported Tuesday citing Russian news agencies.

Russia seeks to get ammo from North Korea
WASHINGTON, Aug 30 - The White House on Wednesday said that it has new intelligence that shows Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un have swapped letters as Russia looks to North Korea for munitions for the war in Ukraine, The Associated Press reported.
