Ukraine says rebels violated ceasefire

KYIV, July 27 - A full and comprehensive ceasefire between Ukrainian government forces and pro-Russian separatists that entered into force in eastern Ukraine on Monday has already been violated by separatists, Reuters reported citing Ukrainian military.

Housing and utilities subsidies rose sharply in H1, government says

KIEV, July 26 - The total amount of subsidies paid to families for housing and utility services in Ukraine amounted to UAH 2.479 billion in January-June, which is UAH 2.103 billion, or 6.6 times up year-over-year, the State Statistics Service reported.
