Fugitive Tymoshenko ally surrenders to authorities in murder probe

KIEV, March 1 – Viktor Lozynskiy, a fugitive lawmaker from Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko’s group suspected of shooting an innocent man to death, on Monday surrendered himself to the authorities, the prosecutor general office reported.
