Naftogaz needs UAH9 billion to compensate for gas hike, says official

KIEV, Jan. 30 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny needs about UAH 9 billion in compensation for the difference between the price of gas consumed by the population and the price formulated after Ukraine and Russia recently signed a gas agreement, a spokesman for the Ukrainian president's secretariat said.
