Poroshenko reiterates pledge to cut greenhouse emissions by 2030

KIEV, Nov. 30 – Ukraine plans to reduce greenhouse emissions to 60% of the 1990 level by 2030, President Petro Poroshenko said.

"Despite all challenges, we remain firmly committed to our obligations under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol.

Balance of payments surplus fell $119 in October, NBU reports
