Russian troops leave Chornobyl NPP area

KYIV, March 31 - Russian troops handed control of the Chornobyl nuclear power plant back to the Ukrainians and began leaving the heavily contaminated site more than a month after taking it over, authorities said Thursday, as fighting raged on the outskirts of Kyiv and other fronts.


Ukraine seeks exporting agricultural products via European sea ports
