KIEV, Oct. 30 – A draft coalition agreement proposed by the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko envisages introducing the mandatory countersigning of Cabinet of Ministers decisions by ministers who are responsible for the implementation of respective decisions.


US will train army, supply high-tech weapons to Ukraine, says envoy

Russian aid convoy to Donbas broke the law, Ukraine charges
