"I cannot explain the policy of deliberately hacking the hryvnia exchange rate. The issue still faces the Ukrainian president and NBU leadership. We don't see any explanation for this policy," he said at a press conference in Kiev on Wednesday.


Dollars expected to hit currency market

KIEV, Nov. 27 – U.S. dollars are expected to hit the cash market Friday following weeks of scarce supply as the National Bank of Ukraine is due to lift currency restrictions, a top NBU official said.
