Ukraine and Romania agree to Hague settlement of Black Sea dispute
KIEV, Nov. 2 - Ukraine and Romania have agreed to settle the question of the Black Sea shelf solely on the grounds of a ruling by the Hague international court, said Oleksandr Chaly, deputy presidential secretariat head, commenting on the results of Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko's visit to Romania on October 30-31. |
