UNEP help Ukraine estimate losses to ecosystem from Kakhovka HPP blast

KYIV, Oct 4 – Experts from the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) for the first time, based on the principle of Kakhovka HPP, calculated the losses of ecosystem services in Ukraine (all useful resources and benefits that a person can receive from nature), which, if their report is submitted, will help use the proposed principles and formula in perspective.


Ukrainian economy likely to grow 4% on year in 2024, Deputy PM says

KYIV, Oct 5 – The Ministry of Economy expects Ukraine's GDP to grow by 4% in 2024, although it previously predicted it at 5%, and such a forecast is included in the draft state budget 2024, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko has said.
