Ukraine calls on Europe to respond to North Korean troop deployment
KYIV, Nov 4 – Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha has called on Europe to take decisive steps in response to the deployment of North Korean troops in the war against Ukraine, in particular to support the Victory Plan and lift all restrictions for Ukraine "to protect life from terror."

Ukraine denies reports of talks with Russia over energy facilities strikes

Germany to send EUR 200-mln in aid to Ukraine
KYIV, Nov 4 - German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock announced an additional EUR 200 million (roughly $218 million) to help Ukrainians during their third winter of war, amid continued Russian attacks on infrastructure, DPA reported.

Court ruling on land reforms may send Ukraine into Middle Ages: Milovanov
KYIV, Nov 4 –The adoption by the Constitutional Court of a decision on non-compliance of Land Reform with the Basic Law will throw the country back into the Middle Ages and put an end to the implementation of this reform, said the former Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture (2019-2020), Kyiv School of Economics President Tymofiy Mylovanov.

Finance Ministry to start public debt transactions from Q2 2021
KYIV, Nov 4 – The Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday approved the plans of the Ministry of Finance to begin transactions with public debt from the second quarter of 2021, in particular, buyback and REPO exchange transactions with valuable government securities.

Ukraine’s budget revenue in October drops 2.3% on year
KYIV, Nov 4 – Revenue of Ukraine's national budget in October 2019 totaled almost UAH 71 billion, which is 9.9% lower than the target and 2.3% less than the figure for October 2018, according to the State Treasury Service of Ukraine. |
