KIEV, Feb. 27 – The cabinet could submit to Parliament by the end of the second quarter a draft law on cutting fuel import duties in order to stabilize the price of fuel.

KIEV, Feb. 27 – From 92% to 93% of the winter crops in Ukraine are in good or satisfactory condition, Agriculture Minister Yuriy Melnyk said.

The minister also said this year the sowing campaign started two weeks earlier than last year, due to a warm weather spell.
