Most Donetsk residents will be left out of Oct. 26 vote, CVU reports
KIEV, Oct. 7 – Only 1.3 million out of 3.3 million citizens living in Donetsk region will be able to vote in nine out of 21 districts located on territory controlled by the Ukrainian army in the Oct. 26 early parliamentary elections, according to the Committee of Voters of Ukraine (CVU). |
NBU governor, finance minister off to Washington to meet with lenders
