Russian troops mount all-out assault on Lysychansk
KYIV, June 27 - Russia is mounting an all-out assault on the last Ukrainian stronghold in eastern Ukraine’s Luhansk province, “pouring fire” on the city of Lysychansk from the ground and air, Luhansk Gov. Serhiy Haidai said Monday.

Russia hits busy shopping mall in Ukraine

KIEV, June 24 – Ukraine has no conflict with Russia over the price of natural gas, President Viktor Yanukovych said.
"This is not a conflict, but the difference of opinion, and we announced this immediately after coming to power," Yanukovych said in an interview with the French newspaper Le Monde, which was published on the Web site of the Ukrainian president on Friday. |
