Russian hacker attacks were long planned, says NSDC official

KIEV, July 28 - Software for hacker attacks on Ukrainian companies was designed in Russia and attacks were planned for at least six months, National Security and Defense Council spokesman Valentyn Petrov said.


Western financial aid is insufficient, prime minister complains

KIEV, July 27 – Ukraine does not receive enough financial aid from Western countries, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
