KIEV, Aug. 25 – Mykola Siry, a lawyer for former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, has said that it is obvious from the materials of the Russian gas supply contract case that are being read out by Judge Rodion Kireyev that there is no crime in Tymoshenko's actions.
