Ukraine, IMF discuss $142-bln Extended Fund Facility loan, Shmyhal says
KYIV, Sept 10 – Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, stressing the critical importance of external funding for non-military budget expenditures, pointed to an agreed total support amount of $142 billion under the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) arrangement with the IMF. This amount corresponds to the negative scenario of the program in case the war drags on, whereas the IMF had previously referred to a base scenario of $122 billion in total support.

KYIV, Sept 10 - Two foreign aid workers were killed in eastern Ukraine on Sunday as Russian shelling hit a van carrying a team of four working with a Ukrainian nongovernmental organization, while dozens of Russian drones targeted Kyiv and wounded at least one civilian.
