Ukrainians to subject citizens of 90 countries to financial checks
KIEV, May 12 – The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution amending the entry procedure for foreigners and people without citizenship coming to Ukraine, leaving it or crossing it.
The decision was backed by a resolution of May 6, 2009 (No. 445), the cabinet's Web site reports. |
Moody’s downgrades Ukraine ratings, citing economy, NBU controls
