Government decides to sell unfinished Ukraina missile cruiser

KIEV, Sept. 12 - The government has decided to sell the missile cruiser Ukraina. The state company Ukrspecexport, along with the Foreign Ministry and the Industry Ministry, have been instructed to conduct market research to identify potential customers by the end of the year and to present their proposals to the Defense Ministry.
