PM to press foreign, defense dismissals

EU becomes Ukraine's largest donor in 2023 with EUR 13.5-bln disbursed
KYIV, Oct 12 – The European Union has become Ukraine's largest donor in 2023, having already allocated EUR 13.5 billion as part of the macro-financial assistance instrument and expecting to pay another EUR 4.5 billion by the end of the year, European Commissioner for Economic Affairs Paolo Gentiloni has said.

KYIV, Oct 12 – In the conditions of war, Ukraine needs to continue large-scale financing of the state budget deficit, in 2023 it is estimated at $3.5 billion per month, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said at a meeting with the leadership of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington on October 11.
