No reasons for hryvnia??™s downturn, NBU official says
KIEV, Feb. 12 - There are no reasons for the hryvnia to lose value in 2007, National Bank of Ukraine First Deputy Governor Anatoliy Shapovalov told an investor conference on Monday responding to recent speculations.
"The National Bank of Ukraine believes that rumors suggesting a possible devaluation of the hryvnia are unfounded," Shapovalov said. |
