KIEV, March 13 - The National Coordinators Council of GUAM, an alliance of Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova, will discuss plans to reorganize GUAM at a planned meeting on March 15-16, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Andriy Deschytsia announced on Tuesday.
