EU approves EUR 1-bln in support for Ukrainian Armed Forces
KYIV, April 13 – The Council of the European Union adopted an assistance measure worth EUR 1 billion under the European Peace Facility (EPF) to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Council's press service has said. "This measure will allow the EU to reimburse member states for ammunition donated to Ukraine from existing stocks or from reprioritisation of existing orders during the period 9 February to 31 May 2023," according to the press release.

Spain to provide guarantees on World Bank’s EUR100-mln loan to Ukraine
KYIV, April 13 – Spain has signed an agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to provide guarantees in the amount of EUR100 million to support the bank's operations in the municipal sector of Ukraine, as well as to ensure food security in Ukraine, the bank said on Thursday.

Lithuania to help Ukraine export agricultural products during war

World Bank donors agree to provide $1-bln in funding to Ukraine amid war
KYIV, April 13 – Donor and recipient countries of the International Development Association (IDA), which is part of the World Bank, on April 11 approved the provision of $1 billion to Ukraine and $100 million to Moldova in connection with the Russian invasion, World Bank President David Malpass said at a conference in Warsaw Tuesday.

Russian flagship Moskva hit by missiles
KYIV, April 13 - Russia said on Thursday the flagship of its Black Sea fleet was seriously damaged and its crew evacuated following an explosion that a Ukrainian official said was the result of a missile strike, Reuters reported.
